LeadCentrix
LeadControl

The 10 PM shopper gets an answer at 10 PM.

Most stores handle the leads that come in while the floor is staffed. LeadControl takes care of the rest. New leads get a reply in under a minute, and every call after you close gets answered. Then it follows up the unsold leads from the last 60 days, so nothing you paid for gets left behind. Your team keeps doing the selling.

What we found on the Gulf Coast

The leak usually happens after close

This summer our founder sent one after-hours inquiry to each of a dozen or so dealerships across the Florida Panhandle and lower Alabama. Three out of four never had a person respond within 72 hours. The ones that did all waited until the next morning. And at one in four, a caller couldn't even leave a voicemail on the sales line after close.

The stores that responded were good at it. One worked a silent lead nine times in seven days. The problem wasn't effort. The leads showed up when nobody was there to catch them.

You can check your own store tonight: call your sales line after close and try to leave a message. Read the full field report.

What LeadControl does

A fast answer, day and night

A reply in under a minute, day or night

When a lead comes in from your website or a third-party listing, LeadControl texts the customer back in your dealership's name, usually in less than 60 seconds. It answers them about the car they asked about. The moment they write back, the whole conversation goes to your BDC or desk manager, who routes it the way you route every other lead.

Somebody answers after you close

Forward your main line at closing time and every caller gets answered: sales, service, parts, the office, the body shop. A sales customer who's ready to come in gets a set time during normal business hours. Everyone else gets a promised call back, and that department's designated point of contact has the caller's name, number, what they need, the recording and a transcript waiting first thing in the morning.

And the follow-up that finishes the job

The last 60 days get worked, and it's included

Every store chases a fresh lead hard for a week or so. Then next week's leads show up and the older ones slide. LeadControl follows up every unsold lead from the last 60 days, as part of the monthly fee, with no per-deal charge.* Those buyers are still shopping, and you already paid to get them. When one comes back, your team gets the conversation the same way it gets a new lead.

For this to work best, we need limited access to your CRM, so we can see which leads have gone quiet. Before we connect to anything, we'll put a non-disclosure and data-protection agreement in place. If your attorney has one they prefer, we're glad to review it.

How it fits your store

Small moves on top of what you already run

We're here to make your team more efficient, not take their job. We send the first text and cover the hours nobody is on. Your BDC and your salespeople do what they already do well. We don't decide which salesperson gets a lead, and we don't change how your floor works.

What it costs
$1,895 / month, per rooftop

$0 setup. One flat monthly operating fee. No per-lead, per-appointment or per-deal charges, including on deals that come out of the 60-day follow-up.*

The reasoning behind that number is on our pricing page. Leads older than 60 days are a separate job, our aged lead reactivation program, which you only pay for when a deal closes.

*For active LeadControl clients. Full terms are in the LeadControl agreement.

LeadControl questions

What dealers ask first

Does this replace my BDC?

No. We send the first reply and cover the hours your team isn't working. Every conversation that turns into a real customer goes to your people.

Who gets the lead when a customer writes back?

Your BDC or desk manager, or whoever you name. They hand it out the way you hand out every other lead.

Will the after-hours line book service appointments?

No. It sets sales appointments only. Service, parts and the other departments get a call back from their own people, with the recording and transcript waiting for them in the morning.

What do I have to change to get started?

Very little. Add us to the new-lead notifications from your website and the listing sites you use, like Cars.com and Autotrader. Forward your main line at close. Once the non-disclosure and data-protection agreement is in place, give us limited access to your CRM. Your process, your team and the way you hand out leads stay the same.

How do you handle consent and opt-outs?

The same way we handle everything else, in writing and in public. Our standards are on the compliance page.
